1. Download SAP Fiori Client from Google Play or the App Store.
1. APP’s logo that should be installed.

2. Open the App and click on “Iniciar sesión” (Start session)
3. Several options will appear in order to start a session corresponding to Tec
de Monterrey. Select scan QR code by clicking on the icon shown.

4. The following message will appear: "SAP Fiori" would like to access the 
camera. This will enable it to take a picture or to scan a QR code.” Click “OK”.
5. Scan the following QR code:
Note. The App won’t allow you to take 
a screenshot of this screen.

7. Next, the users will be able to define if they want to use a code (PIN) to
access the App or to use biometric data if they have a fingerprint reader
(Option 1) or deactivate the access code (Option 2). If you choose option
1, we recommend you to read the Privacy Notice from the App SAP FIori
Client regarding the management of personal data.

6. The following screen will appear. Click “OK”

8. The following “Advise” will appear. Click on “Continuar” (Continue) 
9. The following screen will appear where the user will register the 
corresponding credentials. 
1. Professors and employees from Tec de Monterrey, Tecmilenio, Sorteos 
Tec, Tec Salud, Guardería Tec o Arte AC
• Write your username and password from MiEspacio
2. Students
• Tec de Monterrey: Write your username and password from mitec
• Tecmilenio: Write your username and password from MiPortal

10. Next you will find the launchpad with the Apps you have access to:
11. The first tile has the self report form, in which according to the user’s 
answers a defined message will appear:

12. The second tile has the authentication QR, created from the form's 
result loaded by the user and following specified guidelines:
13. At any point the user can click log out from the App by clicking the 
upper right icon and selecting the option “Salir” (Exit).
14. It is important to remember to update the App if the user has display
problems.
