	Step 1. Think of your best and worst moment
	
	You are going to share some information with us about your best and worst moment in your life. For your best moment think of a time you felt very happy or successful. For your worst moment you can remember a time you felt sad or disappointed. If your worst moment is too recent or too painful for you to talk about normally then you should choose a less serious example, your audio doesn´t have to be dramatic! 
Vas a compartir con tus compañeros y con tu profesor, información sobre el mejor y el peor momento de tu vida. Para tu mejor momento puedes pensar en un momento en el cual te sentiste muy feliz o exitoso. Para tu peor momento puedes recordar algún tiempo en el que te sentiste triste o decepcionado. Si tu peor momento es demasiado reciente o doloroso para relatarlo de manera normal, deberías escoger un ejemplo menos serio, ¡el audio no tiene que ser dramático!
