RecruitmentPerformance management: If the outcomes are positive, we will enable them to continue working in the same manner. I would utilize performance management tools to assess how well each team member is functioning. If the outcomes are poor, coaching and mentoring will be used to help the team members. Coaching: We will utilize tools to track project progress, but if a team member is underperforming, we will have coaching sessions every three days. If, after three sessions, the team member still doesn't demonstrate improvement, we will start delivering warning warnings. Counseling: We will employ counseling to ensure that all of our teams are successful and that they all agree on conflict resolution procedures.
