Normas que en realidad son una creación humana, una abstracción mental cuya principal característica es su exigibilidad colectiva .

Conclusiones 
Estudiar Historia nos capacita a hacernos preguntas y extraer conclusiones a 
partir de indicios disponibles. Podremos juzgar las decisiones que otros tomaron 
en el pasado y pensar qué podría ocurrir en la actualidad. 
Desde que existe la sociedad organizada, existe el derecho. Por lo tanto, “Donde 
hay sociedad, hay derecho”. 
El Derecho es cambiante y va estrechamente ligado a la Historia.
