Contents: The Happy Prince. 
OBJETIVO: Demostrar comprensión de una historia corta (The Happy Prince), distinguiendo, reconociendo, expresando y 
escribiendo ideas en actividades en casa. 
Leer comprensivamente un auténtico, extraer información general y específica; deducir el significado por medio de indicios 
contextuales, sacar conclusiones y establecer relaciones que les permitan interpretar o resumir el mensaje en idioma 
extranjero.

These activities are to be done in your copybooks. They will be checked when we see us again.

1. Read the story. Write in your copybook any word you don’t know. Create a small dictionary (no Spanish translations) 
2. What happened before the story began? After it ended? Write five lines for the sequel and five lines for the prequel of the 
story in your copybooks. 
3. Alphabet story: Use each letter of the alphabet to write something related to the story.
