General
Obtener moléculas biosurfactantes producidas por microorganismos, con el fin de estudiarlas, caracterizarlas, escalar la producción y realizar un análisis de costo-beneficio para comparar con otros surfactantes del mercado,
Específicos 
Aislar y seleccionar los microorganismos más prometedores de acuerdo a su capacidad de producir biosurfactantes,
Optimizar, a escala laboratorio, la producción de moléculas tensioactivas a partir del microorganismo seleccionado,
Escalar y optimizar la producción en biorreactor a escala laboratorio, 
Purificar y caracterizar las biomoléculas obtenidas,
Realizar una evaluación costo-beneficio de los biosurfactantes obtenidos y compararlos con los surfactantes existentes en el mercado,
