N)*):2.)' /01)G) Resumen Actualmente, los nuevos servicios uSalud basados en dispositivos médicos personales (PHD) adolecen de falta de estandarización en la comunicación entre sus elementos. El estándar de interoperabilidad ISO/IEEE11073 – PHD constituye la norma más extendida y desarrollada, y posee especializaciones para dispositivos médicos tan diversos como pulsioxímetros, básculas, tensiómetros, ECG básicos, etc. Sin embargo, no existe una especialización enfocada a dispositivos de diagnóstico ECG. Este artículo describe los aspectos más relevantes de una propuesta de nueva especialización para dispositivos ECG avanzados, tomando como base para su desarrollo un servicio de monitorización ECG ambulatoria como es HOLTIN. 1.
