What are the diagnostic criteria for fibromyalgia according to the ACR (2010)?

1. Widespread pain index (WPI) ≥7 and symptom severity scale (SSS) score ≥5 or WPI 3-6 and SSS ≥9.
2. Generalized pain, that is, it occurs in ≥4 of the 5 body areas (excluding the jaw, chest, and abdomen).
3. Persistence of symptoms ≥3 months.
