Spain does not have a national database of emergency cases.
Hospitals in Spain are required to register the minimum basic set of data (CMBD) of each patient treated in each hospital.
The present work presents data from the CMBD of emergencies of the Andalusian Health Service (SAS), which has been in existence since 2010.
