ACERÁLAVA manufactures long 
stainless-steel products, specializing in 
round and square bars, rolled and forged 
(120-500 mm).
Since 2017 ACERÁLAVA is starting 
to commercialize new ingot sizes in 
multifaced sections going from 16 to 
22 tn gross weight and in round section 
going from 3 to 4tn gross weight.
Steel shop facilities include an EAF and a 
AOD converter.
Aceralava has 2 Forging open die presses 
of 2000 and 3000Tn and a Rolling line. 
The finishing lines are equipped with 
different grinding, peeling and polishing 
machinery.
PRODUCT RANGE GAMA DE PRODUCTOSACERÁLAVA fabrica productos largos 
en acero inoxidable, especializándose en 
barras redondas y cuadradas, laminadas y 
forjadas (120-500 mm).
Desde el año 2017 ACERÁLAVA está co-
mercializando nuevos tipos de lingotes 
en sección multicara de pesos entre 16 y 
22tn en bruto; y en sección redonda entre 
3 y 4 tn en bruto.
La acería incluye un horno eléctrico y un 
AOD. 
Acerálava dispone de 2 forjas libres de 
2000 y 3000tn y de un tren de lamina-
ción. Las líneas de acabado están equipa-
das con diferentes maquinarias de descor-
tezado y pelado de las piezas.
