Receptionist: Hello, hospital “Angels”, how may I help you? 
Patient: Hello, I´m Gabriel Armas, I need to see doctor Lilu as soon as possible. 
Receptionist: Perfect, hang on while I check his schedule. 
Patient: Ok. 
Receptionist: Today he’s booked up, unfortunately. 
Patient: Can you tell me what day could it be? 
Receptionist: Doctor Lilu is available on monday at 6 pm, is that ok for you? 
Patient: That’s ok for me, thank you.

Doctor: Hi, Mr. Gabriel, I will be your doctor today, so, what’s the problem? 
Patient: I think I have a cold, you see, since yesterday I have not been feeling very well. 
Doctor: Ok, what are your symptoms? 
Patient: I started with a cough and a sore throat. And last night I had difficulty breathing. 
Doctor: Have you had contact with people infected with covid recently? 
Patient: I don’t know. 
Doctor: I will carry out some tests.

Patient: So? Am I positive to covid? 
Doctor: Unfortunately... No. 
Patient: Unfortunately? 
Doctor: It’s lung cancer. 
Patient: Wait, what? 
Doctor: It is bad news, I know. But, tomorrow we can operate on you and try to remove 
the cancer... Or, tomorrow you can start with the chemotherapy. What do you prefer? 
Patient: What do you recommend? 
Doctor: The surgery has more risk than the chemotherapy, so, the second one it’s more 
convenient. 
Patient: Ok, I choose the surgery. 
Doctor: Are you sure? 
Patient: Yes. 
Doctor: Ok, so… See you tomorrow.
