I will discuss the documents needed for the ship to leave the port.
my responsibility is to communicate to the ship owner about the necessary documents that are ready, the ones that are missing and when they will be ready and the reason why the documents are not ready yet.
Cosala documents

Most of the documents are ready. The crew list, the certificate of documentation, the certificate of financial responsibility, the certificate of deadweight and the certificate of insurance, the international load line certificate, these are on board the ship.
tomorrow will be the ship is inspected, and so the certificate of survey and the ship's safety construction certificate will be ready. 
At the moment they are out of date and the TOVALOP and IOPPC documents need to be updated. Also the tanks two, six and nine also need to be cleaned. 
I need updated versions of the shipping papers and the cargo register to be sent once they are ready, as well as updated versions of the tonnage tax receipts once they arrive at port.
the cosala will not be able to leave
