Unit 14: First Aid Vocabulary 1 CPR: cardiopulmonary resuscitation is an emergency procedure used to treat someone who is not breathing and whose heart has stopped. 2 Bandage: strip of material used to cover, bind, or protect a wound. 3 Bleeding: to have blood escaping from blood vessels or skin 4 Blister: raised bubble on the skin filled with a watery liquid.
