Okay, I am very afraid of insects, I don't know the reason, but when I see insects, I feel disgusted, especially when insects fly, I think that they will bite me. Also, I am afraid of cars, but when I cross the street and I see cars come to me, although cars are so far, I think that they can accelerate and they crash with me. Another afraid that I have, it’s about how my family (especially my parents) think about me. I am af raid whether I can’t do what I proposed, for example with my studies and my parents are disappointed

Okay, I know now, but I think that my parents always taught us (my siblings and me) that study is so important, and my siblings have been so responsible with my studies and I am afraid of can't with my studies. 
Okay with this fear it’s important that you believe in yourself because you have the ability to achieve it. If finally, you can´t do it, you shouldn´t feel bad, because you do what you can, but your happiness doesn´t depend on your family´s thoughts. Right?

Now with your fears with insects and cars, you can start seeing little insects and touch them, and after you will lose that fear. And with the cars, you can do the same thing, start crossing the street with someone and in the future, you can lost that fear, right?
