Objetivo
Apoyar Sistemas Sostenibles de Gobernanza de la Cultura
Ese principio reafirma no sólo el derecho de los Estados a formular y aplicar políticas, sino también el derecho a adoptar nuevos instrumentos en función de los rápidos avances de la tecnologías y de los cambios en el comercio mundial.

Integrar la Cultura en los Marcos de Desarrollo Sostenible
centrar la atención en el desarrollo de las industrias culturales y creativas como medio para generar el crecimiento económico y contribuir a la erradicación de la pobreza, y también como fuente de creatividad e innovación susceptible de empoderar a los individuos y grupos sociales, proporcionándoles una plataforma para reivindicar y defender sus derechos y libertades fundamentales.

Let’s review some concepts
Yellow
Is the color of gold, butter and ripe lemons. In the spectrum of visible light, yellow is found between green and orange.
Blue
Is the colour of the clear sky and the deep sea. It is located between violet and green on the optical spectrum.
Red
Is the color of blood, and because of this it has historically been associated with sacrifice, danger and courage.
