Las cuestiones de la existencia física, biológica y psicológica por debajo del nivel de la existencia social no suelen ser importantes para responder a los problemas de la teoría social. Sin embargo, no es posible comprender bien los requisitos morales esenciales para la existencia de los seres humanos y las comunidades humanas y las normas y valores resultantes sin tener en cuenta las dotaciones biológicas y psicológicas de los seres humanos, porque el funcionamiento de la mayoría de las instituciones sociales se basa en ellas. De este modo, un análisis limitado al contexto social suele ser suficiente. Los nuevos desarrollos en el campo de la inteligencia artificial y el planteamiento de la posibilidad de derechos humanos y posiblemente de auténticos derechos privados en el caso de robots cada vez más avanzados han hecho que me interese preguntar si, en el caso de una inteligencia artificial ligada a la existencia física de un cuerpo robótico, sería realmente posible incorporarla plenamente a la sociedad. En su caso, no existe una capa biológica ni psicológica del ser, y en comparación con la persona natural de cuatro capas (física, biológica, psicológica y espiritual) y la sociedad humana, resulta cuestionable cómo puede aplicársele la extensibilidad de las instituciones sociales establecidas. Para responder a esto, se hizo necesario revisar, además de la teoría de la realidad social, las teorías que ya han realizado el mapeo de los niveles de la existencia integral total o, en otras palabras, los estratos del ser de la realidad integral. La existencia física como prerrequisito de la existencia biológica y la indispensabilidad de ambas para la sociedad humana pueden ser visitadas como evidencia. Pero cómo se relacionan estos niveles de la realidad (y quizás otros más ocultos) y cómo se pueden articular sus efectos entre sí a nivel teórico, hay diferentes enfoques.

El objetivo principal de esta investigación es dar a conocer conceptos sobre la Inteligencia Artificial, así como el análisis de su evolución a través del tiempo en el periodo de 1956 hasta la actualidad. Así también, el cómo ha sido implementada en diferentes campos de estudio y cómo ha impactado en la sociedad, cómo hace a esta última dependiente de la tecnología. El artículo aborda desde los antecedentes, el concepto de la Inteligencia Artificial, usos cotidianos, leyes y éticas aplicadas a esta tecnología y el proceso de aceptación en la sociedad globalizada, así mismo, ejemplos de cómo las empresas utilizan la Inteligencia Artificial para captar clientes y cómo estos últimos permiten ser parte del proceso. Finalmente, se toma en cuenta una empresa considerada pionera del concepto aplicado y el cómo se ha mantenido vigente incluso en la actualidad.
