What is the procedure for delivering evaluation tests and extensions according to the instructions given in the 'Evaluation' section of the subject? Delivery of evaluation tests (Exam and/or work/activity) must be made on the date indicated in the academic calendar. If a student cannot submit a work or exam on the established date due to a specific situation, they must immediately contact the subject teacher, who will grant an exceptional extension of 10 days if the reasons are justified (ultimately, it is the teacher who has the final say). If the student cannot submit the tests even with the 10-day extension, they must do so in the next quarter on the date when access is reopened for the next group. Late receipt of printed material does not exempt the student from the obligation to submit the tests on the dates specified in the academic calendar, as the student can perfectly consult the content of the corresponding subject on the Virtual Campus until its receipt. In cases where the student, due to various circumstances, cannot follow the course normally or has not been able to attend their academic obligations for a considerable time, they must contact the Academic Secretariat (through PANAL). From this department, once the case has been studied, the most appropriate solution will be offered.
