Define the concept of learning in the behavioral theory and explain the following theories: classical conditioning, operant conditioning, observation and imitation.

The concept of learning in the behavioral theory is a relatively permanent change in behavior that reflects the acquisition of knowledge or skills through experience, excluding any change obtained by simple maturation.
Classical conditioning is a process through which a behavior or response that previously occurred after a certain event - stimulus - occurs after a different event.
Operant conditioning is the process through which a behavior that is followed by a favorable outcome (reinforcement) is strengthened, increasing the chances of that behavior happening again.
Observation and imitation are processes of learning through which individuals learn by observing and imitating the behavior of others.
