What is the normal sequence of the QRS complex progression in the precordial leads?
The QRS complex should be large in V1, greater in V2, and then progressively decrease from V3 to V6. The QRS complex should be large in V6, greater in V5, and then progressively decrease from V4 to V1. The QRS complex should be large in V3, greater in V4, and then progressively decrease from V5 to V6. The QRS complex progression in the precordial leads is not a reliable indicator of heart function.
