What is the treatment for Erythema Multiforme and Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis?

The treatment will be different depending on whether it is EM minor, EM major or TEN. In the case of EM minor, it often goes away without treatment. In cases of EM major or TEN, there is no ideal treatment as high-dose glucocorticoids are contraindicated; however, they can worsen the clinical picture by promoting infections or enhancing them if they are already present.
