Servir bien caliente. INGREDIENTSINGREDIENTSINGREDIENTSINGREDIENTS 600 g dogfish 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp yellow seasoning ½ l wine vinegar 3 cloves of garlic Flour Olive oil Salt METHODMETHODMETHODMETHOD Clean the dogfish thoroughly, cut it in 3cm x 3cm dice and place in a bowl or deep serving dish. For marinade, put a pinch of salt, three garlic cloves, oregano and cumin in a mortar. Crush with a pestle and add some vinegar and yellow seasoning. Mix thoroughly, add salt as necessary and drain through a conical strainer. Cover the fish with marinade and let stand for at least 3 or 4 hours at room temperature. In a plate, flour the pieces of fish. Put plenty of olive oil in a deep frying pan and, when it is very hot, fry the fish. Do not fry too many pieces at the same time so the oil keeps hot enough. Place on paper towels to absorb the excess oil. Serve very hot. Encuéntralos INGLÉSINGLÉSINGLÉSINGLÉS Dogfish is a type of shark whose estimated life expectancy is 40 years. They are not solitary hunters, in fact they travel in schools of hundreds to thousands of individuals. Dogfish sharks are so called because of their gregarious (social) nature. There are quite a few other types of fish that get their names from land animals. Would you be able to find at least 6 of them and explain the reason for that fact of at least a couple of them? You may want to visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_common_fish_names to get some information.
