empresa notifico la actividad a la oficina DGSV de acuerdo a 10s 
procedimientos establecidos en este plan de trabajo. 
4. La empresa de tratamiento elaborara una lista de ntlmeros de 
pallet, la cual sera comparada por el inspector APHlS e inspector 
mexicano con cada estiba antes y despues del tratamiento de 
fumigacion.

pallets inside the fumigation chamber and will take at least 10 
fruit pulp temperatures which should include all packed dates 
from the upper portion and lower portion of the pallet. Do not 
take temperature readings from fruit exposed to the sunrays.

7. The county inspector will take a sample of 2 % of the load 
at least 1 box from each pallet is taken to conform to the 
sample. The sample will be random taking boxes from the top 
three levels of the pallet. All the fruit in the sampled boxes will 
be inspected for trace the tolerance, leaves, damages or 
signs of external pest feeding, and 5 % of this fruit will be cut 
to check internal pest feeding. 
8. If any live pest is found, the shipment will be rejected and 
should not be resubmitted for certification.

first incident, if this action is recurrent the treatment facility will 
be suspended for the rest of the season. Rejected fruit can

on the past two years, the first live larvae detected during the 
shipment certification in origin or at the border will cause a 
suspension of the treatment facility until an investigation 
jointly with APHISIDGSV will be done to determine the origin 
of the problem and the necessary measures to correct it. If 
as a result of the investigation, it is determined that the failure 
was because of factors like: mixed treated fruit with untreated, 
improper fumigant doses, improper temperature readings, 
poor capacity of the fans, previous DGSVlAPHlS analysis,
