For me having a good start to the day is when you have breakfast. So I start by having a banana smoothie with chocolate, also my options are strawberry, raspberry or red fruit smoothies, cereals or cookies. Of course lunch follows, so I eat something light, tacos of some stew, huebito with ham, miguitas with huebito, etc. At about 3 pm I start eating fish with rice soup, steamed vegetables, beef or chicken milanesa, chiles rellenos, chicken salad with lettuce, are some of my choices for the week. And I have one day of the weekend to eat whatever I want. And I try to drink at least one glass of water a day. I also accompany my meals with iced tea, lemonade or hibiscus water. During the week I eat certain fruits like mango, watermelon, cucumber.
