What types of vaccines exist against CCU?

There are 2 types of vaccines:
Prophylactic vaccines that would prevent HPV infection and its associated lesions (bivalent 16-18 and quadrivalent 6-11-16-18).
Therapeutic vaccines that would induce regression of precancerous lesions and CCU (in experimental phase). Their development is based on the generation of an immune response, mediated by cells against early viral proteins, trying to interfere with the established disease. The E6 and E7 oncoproteins and the regulatory and replication proteins E1-E2 would be the targets.
