PRESENTACIÓN El inglés tiene gran importancia como lengua universal, no solo debido a la demanda de la economía global, sino también porque una de las políticas del Ministerio de Educación Nacional es mejorar la calidad de la enseñanza del inglés, permitiendo mejores niveles de desempeño en este idioma. Tener un buen nivel de inglés facilita el acceso a oportunidades laborales y educativas que ayudan a mejorar la calidad de vida (MEN, 2019, p.5). Esto permite entender la importancia que tiene para el sector comercial colombiano contar con personas competentes en servicio al cliente y que además estén formadas en habilidades comunicativas en diferentes lenguas que le permita un mejor acercamiento y atención a toda la cadena de bienes, productos y servicios. Frente a este reto el SENA incluye la competencia de inglés en todos sus programas de formación titulada, la cual ofrece a los aprendices la posibilidad de conocer el vocabulario relacionado con la actividad relacionada a su programa de formación, es decir que se orienta un inglés con propósitos específicos, así como interactuar de manera básica con el cliente, usuario o visitante, empleando expresiones de uso común mediante la aplicación de estos conocimientos en situaciones simuladas en la atención al cliente, usuario o visitante en el puesto de trabajo donde tenga interacción directa con ellos. Los temas a tratar son: preguntas con palabras WH, pronombres sujetos y objeto, adjetivos posesivos, países y nacionalidades, profesiones, artículos definidos e indefinidos y miembros de la familia. El/La instructor(a) en formación ampliará cada temática con ejemplos, ejercicios y actividades didácticas. Finalmente, se incluye la competencia intercultural, ya que no podemos hablar de lengua sin hablar de cultura, habilidades blandas del ciudadano de la aldea global siglo XXI como el trabajo en equipo, la apertura a otros mundos y culturas y por supuesto nuevas tendencias como humanísticas que es el trabajo conjunto de todas estas habilidades mediadas por el uso de herramientas tecnológicas integrando el saber ser y el hacer. 3. Reflexionar acerca de la importancia del aprendizaje de la lengua inglesa Imagine que usted tiene una oportunidad de mejorar su empleo, usted está altamente calificado en su parte técnica, pero para seguir en el proceso requiere tener un nivel Básico de una lengua extranjera en este caso el inglés. Por lo cual usted no puede postularse y pierde la oportunidad. ¿Cuál sería su opinión o aprendizajes sobre esta experiencia? En grupo responda las siguientes preguntas: 1. ¿Para qué quieres aprender inglés? Para tener un lenguaje muy fluido, sentirme segura al andar por países que fui a trabajar. 2. ¿Por qué debes aprender inglés? Porque ya aprendido el inglés puedo llegar a tener muchas oportunidades, desarrollo un poco más mis conocimientos. 3. ¿Qué competencias comunicativas cree usted que debería dominar para desempeñarse en su vida laboral? Dominar otros idiomas como el ingles, portugués, alemán, mandarín entre otros 4. Mencione otras situaciones en las cuales cree que es importante conocer el idioma para interactuar en lengua inglesa. Como ir a viajar a otro lugar por motivos de trabajo, aquí es importante saber inglés porque nunca se sabe con qué personas nos vamos a encontrar o reunir. 5. ¿Qué oportunidades tiene para usted el manejo del inglés como lengua extranjera? Muchas ya que me facilitará el trabajo, viajaría a otros sitios sin preocuparme de como dirigirme a las personas. .3.1.2 Haz una lista de todas las palabras que conoces en inglés. Respuesta/ Que los tiempos verbales sitúan la acción en un tiempo real determinado. Las formas del presente se refiere a acciones actuales, las formas del futuro se refiere a acciones venideras y las formas del pretérito se refiere a acciones pasada. ¿Cuáles consideras que son los mayores retos para utilizar correctamente dichos tiempos verbales de acuerdo con tu experiencia? Respuesta / La atención y utilizar correctamente aquellos dichos tiempos verbales. · ¿Cómo crees que puedes superar esas dificultades y cómo puede tu instructor y demás compañeros apoyarte para lograrlo? Respuesta/ Lo primordial es ser súper atento, si algo no logro entender bien pedirle ayuda a mis compañeros o a mi Instructora, para tener el conocimiento lógico de utilizar correctamente los dichos tiempos verbales. Se usa con adjetivos, nacionalidades, maneras de identificar a algo / alguien, ubicaciones, y mucho más. Es el verbo más irregular que tenemos, y también el más usado – así que apréndetelo bien… ¡los demás verbos son fáciles! Veámos las formas en presente: am, is y are. PRONOMBRE VERBO TO BE I AM HE/SHE/IT IS YOU ARE WE ARE THEY ARE Conjugación Affirmative Para el present simple del verbo to be existen tres formas distintas (am, are, is), dependiendo de la persona gramatical y de sus formas específicas para el singular y el plural. Además, cada forma tiene una contracción, que ha de evitarse en lo posible si se escribe en un registro formal. De este modo, la forma que toma el verbo en el Affirmative es: Cojugación Negative La forma que toma el verbo en el Negative se obtiene añadiendo not después del verbo to be, es decir: Conjugación Interrogative En las oraciones en Interregative se utilizan las formas del Affirmative o del Negative pero escritas delante del sujeto. Simple present and daily routines El presente simple es un tiempo en inglés, el cual describe verdades generales y también acciones que se realizan con frecuencia (Rutinas). El verbo está en su forma presente,muy parecido al infinitivo, excepto en la tercera persona del singular He, She, It. Question Words (WH questions) / Preguntas con palabras WH In English, Questions Words are used to ask certain kinds of questions. They are usually referred to as WH questions because they include the letters WH, for example what, where, who, when, why, etc. / En inglés, se usan Questions Words para hacer cierto tipo de preguntas. Usualmente se refiere a ellas como preguntas WH porque incluyen las letras WH, por ejemplo, what (qué), where (dónde), who (quién), when (cuándo), why (por qué), entre otras.
