Part B:
Q1.
Hi, Sara,
During the last few days it has been concerning to me the construction process because we do not have yet defined what will be the specifications of the new campus in regards to the required room and spaces. I would like to request you hire an auditor firm that can help us to define the best way to improve the campus, how long it could take, and the time that it would be required based on that firm so we can start looking for the best offer for the new campus building in regards to those metrics.
Best regards,
Please feel free to contact me at any time.
Q2.
Monday.com has provided great results however it required some courses for some of our team members to handle it.
Microsoft office project had provided great results from day one.
Sherlock HR is good however it does not help us to monitor properly required and hired team members which we have to manage by ourselves.
Q3.
Hiring process:
The hiring process was great however the tool we used did not help us to maintain and monitor the process since it did not allow us to monitor progress, hired team members, or not hired team members.
Construction progress:
construction progress has been great handled since project software allows you to see what is the progress in each step of the process, what is missing, and how many days we have to complete every step.
Students increase: Monitoring data in regards to students' increase or decrease is great since that allows us to magnify how our decisions affect students' increase or decrease.
Q4.
We had variance while meeting the students increase because some of the students did not have all the funds to start studying so we decided to offer them affordable payments options allowing them to pay some of the money In one time payment and the rest of it in monthly charges.
Assessment 2
Q1. Review the 3 quality objectives that you included in Assessment 1 and
discuss how well they were achieved or why they weren't achieved.
Looking for and creating a new campus or allocating a space.
It was successfully completed, and we were able to keep the incident rate at or below 10%, but this was only possible because we realized how crucial it was to monitor the site twice daily as the project was being carried out.
	hiring and educating new hires
As it was one of the final jobs before the campus opened, this objective was not completed within the employees' time. Midway through the project, we found that our search strategy was ineffective in locating the best-qualified individuals for the organization. By establishing a fresh strategy, we were able to finish the recruiting two weeks later.
Australian Government accreditation of the course
We had to evaluate the entire content grid and modify it to meet the requirements for one of the courses that required more paperwork in order to be accepted. This was accomplished through an environmental study, which helped us comprehend how the lack of the course may affect the school's long-term objectives. While the course was first rejected, this plan was effectively carried out, and with the amendment of the timetable and paperwork, it was accepted on time.
Q2. Explain how you implemented continuous improvement throughout the project life cycle and what methods you will use to manage it in future projects
Every of the major deliverables received observation, feedback, and periodic reporting in order to determine which changes will be crucial throughout the project. We were able to employ the PDCA cycle once we had this data at hand. It comprises of 4 phases that must be completed in a circular manner in order to continuously enhance a certain business process. The following are the steps:
PLAN: Organize goals and approaches to addressing the issues.
Do: carry out the strategy and apply the fixes.
CHECK: Verify that the outcomes of implementing the enhancements are what was anticipated.
ACT: Based on the findings of the check, make the appropriate modifications.
Q3. Use the table below to explain at least 3 lessons learned in managing quality in your project including:
· what would you repeat?
· what would you change?
	Category
	Issue Name
	Problem/Success
	Impact
	Recommendation
	Safety
	Office incidents
Due to the fact that it occurred after the inspection, we discovered an occurrence that was not recorded.
ACT: Based on the findings of the check, make the appropriate modifications.
Effect on the safety of persons doing the task and the proportion of events that have already happened
Set up a minimum of two inspections each day.
	Human Resources
	Hiring new team members
RH Manager saw that we weren't getting the kinds of resumes we weresearching for.
A two-week delay in assembling the entire crew
While selecting, decide on fewer automated ways.
	Legal process
	Course accreditation
One of the courses lacked certification.
We conducted an environmental study to see how the lack of the course could affect the school's future growth plans.
Verify and Adhere to the Current Year's Standards for VET Certified Courses.
· I would repeat the staff hired and also would repeat the process for course development.
· I would have changed our hiring software which was not so helpful while posting job offers, and qualifying new team members and also lacked in providing a clear report in regards to the hired staff, required staff and applicants' skills.
· I would have also changed our accreditation process for new courses to make sure those processes will be made successful and it will be completed faster.
