II Certificación Zoosanitaria / Animal health attestation: 
 El veterinario oficial abajo firmante certifica que:/ I, the undersigned official veterinarian, hereby certify: 
1. El material exportado solo contiene harina de origen cunícola como único ingrediente de origen animal / 
Contains rabbit meal as the only animal origin material 
2. El producto fue elaborado y procesado exclusivamente en la planta indicada en el apartado I.28 / The product 
was produced only at the establishment indicated in Box I.28. 
3. El producto fue sometido a un tratamiento térmico a una temperatura interna mínima de 80ºC (1) / The product 
was heated to a minimum internal temperature of 80°C (1) 
4. El material exportado no se ha mezclado con ningún otro material de origen animal no autorizado por el 
permiso de importación mencionado en la casilla I.17 / The exported material was not commingled with any animal 
origin material not authorized by the USDA Import Permit mentioned in box I.17.

−−−− Casilla I.11: Indíquese la matrícula (vagones o contenedores de ferrocarril y vehículos de carretera), número de 
vuelo (aviones) o el nombre (buque). En el caso de transporte en contenedores, el número total de contenedores 
y su número de registro, y si hubiera también el número de serie del precinto, debe indicarse en la casilla I.23. / 
Box reference I.15: Registration number (railway wagons or container and road vehicle), flight number (aircraft) or name 
(ship). In the case of transport in containers, the total number of containers and their registration number and where there 
is a serial number of the seal it must be indicated in box I.23.
