En esta actividad, leerás y escucharás un breve y sencillo texto en inglés acerca de algunos animales 
que viven en distintos hábitats del Perú, y también conocerás las habilidades naturales que estos 
tienen. Además, encontrarás distintos retos y desafíos para aprender a describir, en inglés, a los 
animales que te gustan, y mencionar su hábitat, así como las habilidades naturales que tienen. 
Antes de empezar, es importante que respondas las siguientes preguntas, porque te ayudarán a 
darte cuenta de lo que puedes hacer usando el idioma inglés.

ocean, the Amazon rainforest and the Andes mountains are the habitats of some animals. For 
example:

Andes mountains, too. It can run 
very fast. Animals are amazing! 
They can do great things!
The sloth lives in the Amazon 
rainforest. It moves very slowly. 
The red howler monkey lives in the 
Amazon rainforest, too. It can roar 
loudly. Animals are amazing! They 
can do great things! 
The dolphin lives in the ocean. It can 
swim very fast. The octopus lives 
in the ocean, too. It can change its
