Cuando se analizan diferentes estudios multicéntricos o de gran número de pacientes trata- das, las técnicas de reanastomosis tubarias no superan el 40% de embarazos61, 62 . Tratar siempre, en lo posible, de utilizar métodos anticonceptivos reversibles antes de utili- zar esta técnica. Consideraciones: La anticoncepción es la forma más adecuada e inteligente de evitar el aborto provoca- do y sus secuelas. La elección del método es personalizada y debe ser controlada periódicamente.
