What is the Horner method?

The Horner method is a method of separated coefficients that allows finding the quotient and the remainder of the division of two polynomials of any degree.
The Horner method is used to divide polynomials that are complete and ordered in descending form with respect to an ordinate variable.
The Horner method consists of distributing the coefficients of the dividend horizontally and the coefficients of the divisor vertically, all changed in sign except the first one.
The Horner method involves dividing the first coefficient of the dividend by the first coefficient of the divisor, obtaining the first coefficient of the quotient.
The Horner method involves reducing the second column and repeating the previous step as many times as necessary until the last operation performed falls below the last coefficient of the dividend.
The Horner method involves separating the columns that are missing, respectively, for the remainder and the quotient.
