What is the medical treatment option for abnormal uterine bleeding using antifibrinolytics?
I- The Acid Tranexamic (Arotran®) is used to reduce bleeding in patients with hypermenorrhea and regular menstrual rhythms. II- The only absolute contraindication is a history of DVT in the last 3 months.
