What are the different drugs used in anesthesia and their doses and routes of administration?

The use of analgesics, sedatives, and anesthetics can be part of stabilizing a traumatized patient.
The combination of opioids with alpha agonists and, if necessary, ketamine or pure opioid agonists combined with midazolam and ketamine can immobilize a patient with trauma for complementary studies, wound cleaning, bandaging, among other maneuvers.
Premedication with tranquilizers is not necessary in all cases, but it is always beneficial for the patient as it improves preventive analgesia and reduces the need for anesthetics during maintenance.
The use of opioids is the preferred analgesic drug for traumatized patients, and agonists mu-like morphine, fentanyl, meperidine, remifentanil, methadone, and oxymorphone are the drugs of choice for the management of acute pain of traumatic origin.
